11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revo-Ex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions specified in your agreement. We may also suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the service
• Required by law

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We will provide reasonable assistance for data retrieval during a transition period.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
